Like I said, I am really having fun with this. Blankets are just the beginning, I plan on putting a crocheted edge on several things… Hand Towels, pillowcases, washcloths, and burp clothes. I just love the vintage look this little special touch adds.

Beautiful blankets! I’m going to try the zigzag edging. Thanks for linking to Sew Chic.
Thank you. Have fun.
I love your stuff by the way. I am hoping to learn to knit eventually.
Hey there Brenna,
Thank you for stopping by Sewing Daisies AND blogging about my blanket. I hope you get a chance to make one for yourself, I love seeing other peoples interpretations.
Thank you for the great tutorial. I love this blanket so much and it is definitely top of my list. I will link up again and post pictures when I finish with mine.

Your edgings are beautiful, Brenna! I know just what you mean about loving something that looks way more complicated than it really is. That is just what I love about the zig-zag edging also. Thanks for the link!
Thank you for the compliment and the wonderful tutorial. I had just started back crocheting, and your pictures and instruction were so helpful and clear. This is definitely my go to stitch.
