There is no doubt about it I’m a southern lady, and I have the accent to prove it. One things the South is known for is sweet tea. You will find this traditional drink in the hand of people celebrating, spending time together, relaxing after a hard days work or just those who sip on it while enjoying the everyday moments of life.
Although it is wonderful to enjoy during the summer months and family get- togethers, it isn’t just for special occasions at my house. If you were to visit my house there would always be a cold glass of sweet tea waiting on you.
Needless to say, I brew a lot of sweet tea! It seems like we always empty the pitcher right before my husband gets off of work. So, you will usually find me rushing around the kitchen to get more in the fridge quickly because I know that is the first thing he will go for when he walk in the door.
For that reason, I was very excited to hear about Southern Breeze Sweet Tea. I have never seen anything like this, and I now know it’s definitely the only thing in the market like it.
It’s a brewed tea with ONE LESS step! It works the same as traditionally brewed sweet tea, but you don’t have the add sweetener. The sweetener is in the bag. There is no guess work on how much sugar to add, they have perfected it for you.
No, this isn’t an instant tea, which I don’t even think should be considered sweet tea, by the way. It has all the sweet tea goodness that you are used to, but after you steep your tea bags you are done. Chill with ice or put it in the fridge, less work and mess. So, I can get back to enjoying life and moments like the one below with my son. I’m certainly glad I didn’t miss that special, yet slightly cheesy smile, and he is pretty happy to be sitting with mom, enjoying a glass of sweet tea.
Whether you live in the south or not, this simpler way to enjoy sweet tea is sure to be a hit. We would all like to have one less step, but I see this being a great way to enjoy sweet tea for things like camping also or an occasion where you wouldn’t usually want to tote around a bag of sugar to make a drink. This way all you need to do is throw the family size tea bags in while packing and you are done.
You can find Southern Breeze Sweet Tea at Harris Teeter, Ingles, Wegman’s & of course Amazon.com. You can find out more and follow along on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

I was raised by a couple of Southerns, so we always had sweet tea in our refrigerator. When I think of sweet tea, it’s like being home. I haven’t heard of this tea, probably because where I live, they have no idea about sweet tea. They don’t know what they’re missing.

I don’t drink tea, but you make it sound yummy! Your little guy is so cute.

My hubby is a huge fan of sweet tea!

Yum! I love all tea. I’ve never heard of this brand before but I’ll be looking for it the next time I go to the market!
Rachel @{i love} my disorganized life
Iced tea is so refreshing! I don’t normally drink it sweet, {crazy, right?}, but I do prefer it over soda any day! I’ll have to look for this the next time I’m at the store, looking forward to trying it!

I love that you are a Southern lady and I love your accent. Ha. ๐ Too bad I don’t drink tea!

I love sweet tea! Sadly, my husband doesn’t share the same love but I remember growing up and sitting around or fire pit grilling hot dogs and sipping on sweet tea! This sounds like a great tea for me to keep on hand!
Raquel
Oh I love sweet tea – especially this time of year. I can drink it all day. Thanks for the chance to enter!

As a not yet here for a decade Southern girl. I’m a big fan of Sweet Tea and can no longer drink the bottled kind that’s more the norm up North!
When I was pregnant it was my drink of choice but I tried to limit it to 2-3x a week. ๐

his looks good! I love sweet tea because it is the most refreshing thing I can ever think to drink. It is especially nice when it is hot and humid.!

We, too, make sweet tea every day (well, okay our son does). It far surpasses that instant junk that my northern family still considers tea (bleck). This sounds great, but I am very interested in knowing what the “sweetener” is. I searched the company’s website and couldn’t find the ingredients list. We never use artificial sweeteners, so I want to be sure this products uses real sugar to go with the real tea.
Thanks,
Tara

Southern girls LOVE sweet tea! I remember as a kid putting tea bags in the bottom of our large glass pitcher, filling it with warm water, putting the top on then sitting it outside to steep in the sun. Some of the BEST sweet tea ever! I’ve given up the cold drink for a hot cup of Chamomile these days but occasionally it is just the perfect thing to make the day just a little brighter! ๐ #happinessissweettea

My husband would love this. He, and my kiddos, are sweet tea drinkers. Me? Not so much. But I live in the south where it seems almost everyone I know drinks it, so I end up making it often. ๐

My husband is diabetic so he has to avoid sweet tea. However when I drink it, I do like mine the good ole’ Southern way. I will check this out on my next trip to the supermarket. Gotta love Eli’s sunshine grin holding his own glass of tea.
