You have heard my strategies for meal planning, now it’s time to start sharing the meals. These are all meals that we have tried and been very happy with. I hope you will find some inspiration, and this makes it a little easier for your own meal planning process.
Sunday:
Slow Cooker Fiesta Chicken with Rice
Monday:
Black Bean Burgers with Scalloped Potatoes
Tuesday:
Pretzel Crusted Chicken with Green Beans
Wednesday:
*Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos with Chips and Salsa
Thursday:
Key West Grilled Chicken with Rice & Zucchini
Friday:
Hamburger Casserole with Garlic Bread:
Saturday:
**Hot Ham & Honey Mustard Subs with Chips
Weekly Dessert:
Notes:
*We used raw shrimp and chopped it up a little, so it would work with tacos a better. If using raw only marinate about 20 minutes, and cook until done. There was plenty of marinade left, so you could easily double the amount of shrimp you use.
**This is a simple meal that we make with ham, honey mustard, and provolone on a sub roll. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Here is a meal plan printable of the week from A Dose of Paige.

Yum. Now I am hungry. We love black bean burgers so I am heading over to that recipe first. Recently I also have begun planning a weekly menu and may even got up to a month at a time. I save money and we enjoy more variety this way. Thanks for the inspiration!
brenna
Thanks, Brenda. I hope to get a month done at a time, one day.
