I’m especially proud of this week’s meal plan because we tried a couple new things. We tried quinoa, my husband cooked Chinese spare ribs and I made homemade fish sticks for the first time. Thankfully everything turned out really well. I may not be able to develop all of these wonderful recipes, but I think I am a pretty good “recipe finder.” So, in case you need some new recipes to try, I can highly recommend these!

I loved your recipe. I have to admit half way through I was scared we weren’t going to like it, but then when I tried it I was so pleased. It made a lot and I ate on it all week. It keep getting better each time.
